Services
CRM, ERP, and the tools that run your business
Most Indian manufacturers still track inventory on spreadsheets. Most retail businesses manage customers on WhatsApp. Most CA firms lose leads because nobody followed up — and most SMEs are already paying for tools nobody set up properly. We fix the systems underneath, from platform selection to the training that makes your team actually use it — so your business runs on data, not memory.
Built for your industry
The same ERP doesn't fit a textile manufacturer and a CA firm. We start with your specific workflows and build around them.
Manufacturing: Production, inventory & procurement in one system
Know your real-time stock levels, production status, and supplier lead times without calling anyone. We implement ERP systems (Zoho, Odoo, SAP B1) that connect your shop floor to your accounts — so you can fulfil orders faster and stop over-buying raw materials.
Retail: Unified inventory across locations and channels
Selling from a showroom, a website, and WhatsApp — but stock doesn't sync? We build retail ERP and CRM systems that give you one accurate inventory count, automatic reorder alerts, and customer purchase history in a single dashboard.
Professional Services: Stop managing clients on WhatsApp
CA firms, consultants, and law practices that run their client pipeline on WhatsApp lose deals to whoever follows up faster. We implement Zoho CRM or HubSpot so every lead is tracked, every follow-up is scheduled, and no client falls through the cracks.
How we implement
Transparent pricing. Fixed timelines. No surprise change requests.
Platform selection & consultancy
We evaluate Zoho, Odoo, Tally Prime, SAP Business One, and HubSpot against your operations — budget, team size, complexity, and integration needs. You get a clear recommendation with a business case before we spend a rupee on licences.
Implementation in 12–14 weeks
Phased rollout with minimal disruption. Data migration, workflow configuration, user training, and go-live support — delivered to a fixed timeline with weekly status updates.
Integration with your existing tools
Connect your ERP to Tally, your e-commerce store, your logistics partner, or your accounting software. We handle the API work so your team doesn't have to re-enter data across systems.
90-day post-go-live support
The critical period after go-live is where most ERP projects fail. We stay with you through it — fixing edge cases, retraining staff, and optimising the system as your team gets comfortable.
The four phases, in order
No black boxes, no surprise change requests. You know what happens next before it happens.
-
Audit — what you have, what's actually used
Before recommending anything new, we map every system and tool your business already pays for — Tally, spreadsheets, WhatsApp workflows, half-set-up accounts — and tell you honestly what to keep, replace, or drop.
-
Select — the platform that fits, not the trendiest one
Zoho, Odoo, Tally Prime, SAP Business One, or HubSpot, evaluated against your budget, team size, and complexity. You get a recommendation with a business case before a rupee is spent on licences.
-
Implement — 12–14 weeks, fixed timeline
Data migration, workflow configuration, integration with your existing tools, and user training — delivered in phases with weekly status updates, so nothing about go-live is a surprise.
-
Support and adopt — 90 days, then the team owns it
The period after go-live is where most ERP projects fail — not from bad software, but from a team that never adopted it. We run hands-on training, fix edge cases, and stay through the first 90 days until the system is actually being used, not worked around.
Pricing
What it typically costs
Scope drives price more than anything else, and it varies by industry — a manufacturing ERP rollout and a professional-services CRM are different jobs. Every engagement still starts with a fixed-scope proposal, but here are the real ranges by vertical.

Migrating off Tally-only bookkeeping
The most common starting point we see: books in Tally, everything else — inventory, production, customer pipeline — tracked separately in spreadsheets or on WhatsApp, with someone reconciling the two by hand at month-end. Moving to an ERP or CRM doesn't mean abandoning Tally; it usually means keeping it as your accounting system of record and integrating it, so a sale or a stock movement updates your books automatically instead of waiting for someone to re-key it.
Where a full ERP is more than the business needs yet, that same audit — what you have, what's actually used — is often enough on its own to find the tools costing money without earning their keep.
