TFin is a personal finance tracking app developed by Teevro. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

First name, age	Personalising your profile
Financial data (assets, liabilities, goals)	Core app functionality
Net worth snapshots (date + amount)	Historical chart in the app
Preferred currency	Formatting financial figures

We do not collect location, contacts, camera, microphone, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

To authenticate you and keep your account secure
To store and display your financial records across devices
To calculate net worth, FIRE progress, and other summaries
We do not sell, share, or rent your data to any third party

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firebase infrastructure is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us (see contact below). Deletion is completed within 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Export your data

6. Children

TFin is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
